Message from the Principal
We have had a busy last few weeks with lots of exciting events.
Unfortunately, due to the terrible weather conditions today, the National Youth Theatre trip to see Seussical was cancelled. We understand this was very disappointing for everyone, but the safety of our students is our top priority
Last week we held our annual 'Art Week' to celebrate the arts and give our students the opportunity to be immersed in art and creativity. Our exhibition of work that took place this week was fabulous and a great way to celebrate the arts. Thank you to the families who supported the event.

Yesterday you will have received your child’s Report, which came home with your child. You will have been sent information to book in for our Talanoa Ako learning conversations taking place the first week of next term (letter with booking details are attached). This is a great opportunity to talk through any questions you have about your child’s Report and their progress against their goals. We want to work with you to ensure that your child makes the most progress possible with their learning.

Ngā mihi o Matariki, te tau hou Māori, Happy Matariki!
Twinkling in the winter sky just before dawn, Matariki (the Pleiades) signals the Māori New Year. For Māori, the appearance of Matariki heralds a time of remembrance, joy and peace.
Have a safe holiday. Term 3 will commence on Monday 14th July.
Ka mahuta a Matariki i te pae, ka mahuta ō tātou tūmanako ki te tau
When Matariki rises above the horizon, our aspirations rise to the year ahead.
